Rescheduling within 24 hours of the session may be subject to availability and potential fees.

11. Zoom Sessions Technical Requirements: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technical requirements, including a stable internet connection, to participate in Zoom sessions. Recording: We record Zoom sessions and may post them on our site or social media. By participating in a session, you consent to this recording and distribution. Confidentiality: Zoom sessions are confidential. Clients agree not to record or distribute any part of the session without prior written consent from BasketballProMentality. Conduct: Clients must conduct themselves appropriately during Zoom sessions. BasketballProMentality reserves the right to terminate a session if the client engages in inappropriate behavior.

12. Payments Payment Terms: Payments for coaching sessions must be made in advance through our secure online payment system. We accept major credit cards and other specified payment methods. Refund Policy: Refunds will be provided only if a session is canceled by BasketballProMentality or under special circumstances at the discretion of BasketballProMentality. Refunds for client-initiated cancellations will be subject to our cancellation policy. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or for no-shows. Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees. Continuous non-payment may result in suspension of services.

13. Security and Insurance Assumption of Risk: Participation in mental coaching sessions involves inherent risks. By participating, clients acknowledge and accept these risks. Waiver of Liability: BasketballProMentality is not responsible for any injuries sustained during coaching sessions. Clients agree to hold BasketballProMentality harmless from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to their participation in the coaching sessions. Insurance: It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they have adequate personal insurance coverage for any injuries sustained during the sessions. BasketballProMentality does not provide health, medical, or personal injury insurance for clients.
